2019 Chardonnay, Mendocino
7/18
This wine was made from fruit sourced from Mendocino County, California. This classic Old World Style Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel, allowing the fruit to shine. This well balanced Chardonnay shows citrus and mineral characteristics with a hint of stone fruit
and bright acidity.
2019 8am Rose, Lodi
8/19
This wine drinker’s Rosé is crisp and slightly fruity. Fuller in body than one would expect from such a bright looking wine. Crushed, fermented and bottled right here in Highwood, Illinois, this wine is made by lightly crushing (On the Friday Night of Pumpkinfest until 8am Saturday morning) whole berry Grenache grapes, minimizing skin contact. Fermented in stainless steel. This wine is outstanding when sipped cold!
2018 Pinot Noir, Santa Rita Hills
10/27
Arguably one of the top Pinot Noir districts in all of California. Located just 10 miles from the ocean. The cooling breeze allows for a soft, lush, berry beginning, followed by balanced freshness and acidity with a teasing Burgundian finish.
2019 Merlot, Alexander Valley
9/23
From wonderful handpicked fruit from the Alexander Valley, this wine is loaded with rich dark berry fruit. Soft hints of chocolate and a velvety smooth mouthfeel, highlight the true character of Merlot.
2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley
10/29
The beautifully balanced weight and flavor of Cabernet Sauvignon is highlighted with a rich, deep plum flavor and a medium, dry finish.
2018 Old Vine Zinfandel, Lodi

This amazing wine is born from 105 year old vines! You can taste the subtle maturity of the vines when you drink this velvet beauty. Deep, rich, smooth, and juicy. This wine was aged for 18 months in French Oak.
Introducing Our Bordeaux Inspired Blends
Tasting Challenge 9 (2-3oz Samples)
Left Bank Blend 10
Right Bank Blend 10
The Bordeaux region in France is arguably the most famous wine region in the world. Grapes were first planted there by the Romans in the mid first century. Bordeaux is naturally divided by the Garonne River, with the “left bank” dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and the “right bank” dominated by Merlot. Try our Left and Right blends and see if you can guess…LEFT or RIGHT
Pazzo di Vino’s story is really a story about a passion for wine that began generations ago, with the DiVito family mastering the craft of winemaking in the scenic hills just outside of the Eternal City, Rome. For countless generations, the DiVito family would work the vines on their land to create the wine that they would enjoy for the year. After a move to America in the late 1950’s, what started as a way of life for the DiVito family became a tradition. With decades of winemaking experience behind him, Lorenzo DiVito has not only continued his family’s tradition with his own children, but also extended it to his closest friends. Crushing grapes with his friends and family, and sharing nature’s ultimate bounty, Lorenzo has found no greater joy than making great wines to share. And it was in these moments Lorenzo got his inspiration for Pazzo di Vino.
